Deferral
The following person entered into a deferral agreement through the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office, paying a $77 fee. If the defendant commits no other violations during a five-month period after signing the agreement, the charge will be dismissed.

• Walter E. Burkholder died Oct. 19, 1999, at age 83, leaving an estate valued at $323,132.54. Beneficiaries: LaVern D. Burkholder, son, Goshen; Wade L. and Walter E.
