Superior Court II
The following misdemeanors and infractions were recently admitted and adjudged in Kosciusko Superior Court II with Judge James Jarrette presiding.
The following people also paid $356.50 in court costs:
Driving While Intoxicated -
• Steven Carman, Warsaw, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license restricted 180 days.
• Mitchell Dawson, Warsaw, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license suspended 90 days.
• Camilo Camargo, Milford, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license suspended 90 days.
• Deborah Garman, Syracuse, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and her driver’s license suspended 180 days.
• Freddie Marrow, Warsaw, sentenced to 12 days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license suspended 90 days.
• Tabitha Haga, North Manchester, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and her driver’s license restricted 180 days.
• Melinda Long, Leesburg, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and her driver’s license restricted 180 days.
• Maria Alexander, North Manchester, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license restricted 180 days.
• Russel Breske, CLaypool, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and his driver’s license suspended 180 days.
• Tara McClone, Claypool, sentenced to six days in jail, a $100 fine, court costs and her driver’s license restricted days.

The following people also paid $156.50 in court costs:
Driving While Suspended -
• Elvira Morales, Warsaw, fined $150 and her driver’s license was suspended 90 days.
• James Cooper, Warsaw, fined $100 and his driver’s license was suspended 90 days.
• Randall Neff, Warsaw, was fined $100 and his driver’s license was suspended 90 days.
• Jeannie Albano, Warsaw, was fined $100 and her driver’s license was suspended 90 days.

Driving Having Never Been Licensed -
• Patricia Nunez, Warsaw, was fined $50.
• Edgar Salas, Warsaw, was fined $50.
• Rudolfo Lopes, Warsaw, was fined $50.
• Camilo Camargo, Milford, was fined $50.
• Juan Garcia-Vazquez, WArsaw, was fined $50.

Failure to Stop after an Accident -
• Edgar Salas, Warsaw, was fined $150, and his driver’s license was suspended six months.

The Following People Also paid $156 in court costs:
Possession of Marijuana -
• Daniel Rhamey, Mentone, was fined $100, ordered to pay a $200 drug interdiction fee and his driver’s license was suspended 180 days.
• Jeremy Blue, Warsaw, was fined $100, ordered to pay a $200 drug interdiction fee and his driver’s license was suspended 180 days.

Possession of Paraphernalia -
• Jeremy Blue, Warsaw, was ordered to pay court costs.

Hunting Without Consent -
• Dennis Dausman, Leesburg, was fined $50.
• Rusty Hollar, Milford, was fined $50.

False Informing -
• Bridgette Caudill, Syracuse, was ordered to pay court costs.

Check Deception -
• Sherman Gillum, Pierceton, was fined $50.

Public Intoxication -
• Ruben Camargo, Milford, was fined $50.
• Andy Dunithan, Milford, was fined $50.
• Robert Emerick, Warsaw, was fined $50.
• Terry Young, Larwill, was fined $50.
• Carina Morales, Warsaw, was fined $50.

Charges Were Dismissed Against The Following People:
• Dawn Morton, Warsaw, two charges of check deception.
• Lynda Hooley, Syracuse, check deception.
• Trinity Smith, Syracuse, check deception.
• Virginia Myers, Warsaw, battery.
• Heather Beene, Leesburg, driving while intoxicated.
