• Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals vs. Todd F. and Peggy F. Perry. The Perrys are ordered to immediately cease using real estate on North CR 500E, Syracuse, in violation of zoning ordinance by storing an unlicensed bus. Also, plaintiff awarded $1,500 by default for the violation, plus court costs.
• Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals vs. George P. and Kathleen M. Wiegand. Wiegands are ordered to immediately cease using real estate on North Barbee Road, Warsaw, in violation of zoning ordinance by having a deck for which a variance and permit were not obtained.
