02-21-2007No one was injured when an alleged intoxicated driver’s car hit a mobile home after sliding on icy roads in foggy conditions Tuesday night.
Around 11:05 p.m. Tuesday, Mark D. Landes, 43, CR 350N, Warsaw, lost control of his car and the vehicle slid into a mobile home at 108 W. CR 350N, Warsaw, owned by Marie Graham.
Landes reportedly was eastbound on CR 350N when icy conditions caused him to lose control of his vehicle. He slid off the north side of the road, then hit Graham’s mobile home.
After the accident, Landes was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for driving while intoxicated. His bond was set at $550.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
